What will your responsibilities look like?
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope of the MS Dynamics Template, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Project Execution: Lead project rollout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
SAFe: Take on roles within the framework
On-time Delivery: Percentage of projects delivered on or before the scheduled deadline.
Budget Adherence: Percentage of projects completed within the allocated budget.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback and satisfaction scores from stakeholders regarding project outcomes and management.
Project Success Rate: Percentage of projects that meet defined objectives and deliverables.
Risk Management Effectiveness: Number and impact of risks successfully mitigated during project execution.
What do we expect from you?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience: MS Dynamics 365 Project Manager, successfully leading one or more end-to-end implementation.
Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in project planning and execution.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, , Jira).
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business processes and how projects can drive business value.
- Risk Management: Understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for project planning, tracking, and reporting. Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and similar platforms.
