About the Role

Conduct market research and utilize data driven insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and internal data to create compelling business cases that articulate the strategic value of new data products and features.

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our data and Insights products, both external customer facing products and internal insights needs, that aligns with company goals, customer needs and internal stakeholder needs.

Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure product solutions meet their needs.

Create and maintain a prioritized analytics roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision and market opportunities to meet business goals and deliver on product strategy.

Prepare comprehensive documentation that outlines the business case, including compelling BI dashboards, executive summaries and supporting data visualizations, to present to senior leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make datadriven decisions to optimize product offerings.

Work with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans
About You
-
Experience working on a software product team.

Experience using data to identify new product verticals and market opportunities.

An industry expert in your domain (an AEC-specific background is not required)

Strong cross-collaboration skills with Development and other teams.

Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics, and the data lifecycle.

Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with Tableau, Microsoft BI, Looker or other relevant data visualization toolsets.

Experience with Agile product development processes and tools.

Experience using Aha/JIRA or other agile tools for strategy & roadmap planning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $125,000 - $175,000
