About the Role:
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust network solutions to meet the organization’s needs. Your role will involve leveraging a broad range of networking technologies and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of network systems across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
You will collaborate closely with systems and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring smooth operations while proactively identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will play a key role in designing security measures, including identity-based access control, and lead the deployment of infrastructure projects to enhance network performance, security, and scalability.
- Perform all required backup and restoration functions for data residing on network systems
- Maintain and update documentation required for network administration
- Maintain critical business systems such as VoIP, VPN, and Cloud services
- Execute periodic traffic analysis studies to ensure the network systems operate at peak performance with minimal issues
- Install new devices into the network either phone or data
- Ensure network architecture aligns with business and technical objectives
About You:
- Senior-level experience in IT (5+ years), as a network engineer or a networking security engineer
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive experience with network technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless solutions.
- Expertise in SD-WAN technologies, such as Cisco or other SD-WAN platforms.
- Experience with VPN solutions, including secure remote access and site-to-site configurations.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco ISE or equivalent network access control solutions.
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark, for in-depth packet analysis and problem resolution.
- Experience with load balancers and traffic management for optimized network performance.
- Proficiency in cloud networking environments, including Azure and AWS.
- Strong understanding of network security practices and tools.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading network-related projects.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $105,800 – 132,100.
