About The Role
We are now looking to hire a Channel Account Manager (CAM) to further develop Bluebeam’s presence acros Europe. You will be responsible for managing a number of existing reseller partners, with a specific focus on supporting one of our strategic partners in the region.
The CAM is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets through the resellers managed by developing a Channel strategy on how to best motivate each relationship. They must maintain alignment with partners by empowering resellers to sell and support our solutions. On a typical day, the CAM might develop a sales plan to help a reseller achieve a goal, organize, and lead a quarterly business review, forecast the business, drive pipeline calls, or share ideas for a new training activity.
What You’ll Do
- Grow business by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Accurately forecast on behalf of your partner by understanding their business, opportunities, and strategy.
- Lead quarterly business reviews to discover, define, maintain, and execute on meeting or exceeding mutually defined goals in the partnership.
- Lead weekly pipeline to maintain visibility into opportunities, and co-sell with partner as a Bluebeam expert.
- Clearly communicate and motivate multiple personalities by adjusting approach.
- Meet deadlines and demonstrate strong follow through skills and consistency.
- Build strong relationships with partners, and regular engagement with multiple stakeholders across departments and roles to drive alignment towards goals.
- Identify sales opportunities, channel trends, and gaps within reseller relationships to encourage investments.
About You
- Solid Channel Management experience gained from working with resellers in Europe

Fluent in English and German
- SaaS/software channel sales experience is highly preferred.
- Understanding and experience within the AEC space is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present to an audience and all levels of a business including C-Suite.
- Ability to lead sales conversations and define business objectives.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to reseller offices, construction sites, trade shows and industry events, etc.
- Currently based in Germany, UK or Sweden
