The Sales Development Representative role is extremely important within the marketing and sales organization at Bluebeam. You are responsible for helping scale revenue across the company. Our Sales Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to, and setting meetings with decision-makers. This role allows the Sales team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the marketing and sales organization.

 

What we’re looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have the opportunity to follow an established and successful sales process combined with weekly coaching. By setting quality meetings with new prospects across the country, you'll play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business! This role will be based out of our Dallas Office and will be 100% in office. 

 

In the early stages of the Sales Development Representative training program at Bluebeam, you will participate in a mix of classroom-style learning as well as role-plays and practice. You will learn to generate qualified leads, prospect via cold calls, and establish the value of our platforms. Once you’ve engaged with a prospect, you will build rapport and find your prospects’ needs. Your success will be measured on daily activity metrics as well as monthly quota attainment

 

You will stand out with (but are not required to have all):

  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Prospecting skills
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation processes
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, High-Velocity Sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Characteristics like grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development will also be recognized and rewarded

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads
  • Contact and develop relationships with potential leads via phone and email
  • Refer potential customers to sales team.
  • Maintain CRM, develop contact lists
  • Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs
  • Report product feedback to marketing, sales, and leadership teams

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $39,200 - $46,900 plus eligible commissions
